I started at Logical Position in June of 2010. Coming from the first Logical Position office, I’ve enjoyed seeing the progression from where we started to the direction in which we’re headed. I’ve worked in three departments during my tenure at Logical Position. I started in sales, transitioned to a Paid Search Specialist, then Account Manager Team Lead, and now hold the title of Manager of SMB Client Service Operations.
A Day in the Life
The overall focus of my role is to help create and refine our back-office processes and procedures to ensure our day to day efficiency. This is not only related to the SMB account management group but across all departments as well. While doing so, I also oversee our team of Executive Account Managers.
An Exciting Industry
There are two components that I enjoy most about our industry. One, it’s dynamic, competitive, and always evolving. There is a challenge every day that you can learn from. The second is our client interaction. Each day we take a classroom approach and take the time to understand both their marketing needs and goals. We want to set the industry standard when it comes to providing a top-notch level of service, while also making our clients’ journey with us a positive and enjoyable one.
