Since TQE was acquired by Logical Position, he has worked personally with thousands of clients of all sizes and industries to develop custom digital marketing strategies that minimize costs and maximize returns. Ryan and his wife have 4 kids and live on 8 acres in Sherwood, Oregon growing everything from heirloom tomatoes to blueberries to pinot noir grapes.
Micah Heath
Director of Product Research and Development
With over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, Micah has become an all-around ad guru. He helped start two successful agencies and has led paid search advertising teams for multiple Fortune 500 companies. At Logical Position, he researches, tests, and analyzes new approaches to paid search, social, shopping and more for clients ranging from SMB to enterprise. Micah spearheaded Logical Position’s Facebook and Amazon Ads programs, seeing the projects through from beta tests to product launches. Duane “DJ” Sprague

Duane “DJ” Sprague is the CMO of Shopper Approved, a Trust Brands company. His 30-years of experience in marketing, advertising, and PR has included owning a marketing agency serving clients such as Hyundai, Toyota, and J.D. Power, and on the client-side with Eastman Kodak, NASCAR, the Utah Jazz, a mid-cap SaaS tech firm, and CMO and President of the Ad Board for JD Byrider, a national automotive franchise. He is a published columnist and holds a Master’s with Honors in Marketing, and several graduate certificates in Internet Marketing, Business Administration and Law.

Chris Vale
Vice President of SEO & Website Development
Chris Vale is Logical Position’s Vice President of SEO & Website Development. With a decade of SEO experience, Chris has helped thousands of clients increase organic traffic and revenue over the years. He founded Virtue Advertising, an SEO agency that was acquired by Logical Position in 2015 and opened up the Chicago office for LP. He oversees the products, strategy and employees of Logical Position’s SEO, Web and Email divisions. Chris has presented SEO strategies and techniques on WGN Radio, Google events, the BBB and more. He holds an MBA in Organizational Management.
