Ryan Garrow
Director of Partnerships & Client Solutions
As the CEO of TQE Marketing, Ryan transformed a boutique digital agency into one of the premier eCommerce marketing teams in the country. Since TQE was acquired by Logical Position, he has worked personally with thousands of clients of all sizes and industries to develop custom digital marketing strategies that minimize costs and maximize returns. Ryan and his wife have 4 kids and live on 8 acres in Sherwood, Oregon growing everything from heirloom tomatoes to blueberries to pinot noir grapes.
Micah Heath
Director of Product Research and Development
With over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, Micah has become an all-around ad guru. He helped start two successful agencies and has led paid search advertising teams for multiple Fortune 500 companies. At Logical Position, he researches, tests, and analyzes new approaches to paid search, social, shopping and more for clients ranging from SMB to enterprise. Micah spearheaded Logical Position’s Facebook and Amazon Ads programs, seeing the projects through from beta tests to product launches. In addition to developing the products and services themselves, he also teaches the agency’s talent how to execute his strategies.
Andrew Bressers
Vice President of Sales
Andrew Bressers is a native of Northeastern Wisconsin, and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. After multiple deployments as an Infantry lieutenant and, later captain, Andrew moved from the Army life into a career in healthcare information. He help found a company that offered a software platform and services to streamline the transition from paper medical records to electronic. When Andrew joined Shopper Approved it was a great fit for his SaaS background, but a whole new world diving into e-Commerce. User-generated content and customer stories have quickly become Andrew’s passion. He enjoys nothing more than helping merchants collect and display their stories. When Andrew is not immersed in the thrilling world of reviews he can be found enjoying the beaches of Florida with his wife and daughter.
Jon MacDonald

Jon is founder of The Good, a conversion rate optimization firm that has achieved results for some of the largest online brands including Adobe, Nike, Xerox, Verizon, Intel and more. He regularly contributes content on conversion optimization to publications like Entrepreneur and Inc. He knows how to get visitors to take action.
Rob Simpson
Head of Risk
Rob Simpson currently oversees risk operations at Bolt. He has an extensive background in e-commerce risk mitigation including 5 years at CashStar where he headed risk product, developed the risk platform and built the risk team. He has worked closely with some of the worlds largest retailers such as Nordstrom, Starbucks, Uber, Best Buy, and The Home Depot to help solve fraud problems and accelerate growth. He specializes in developing risk tools and auditing procedures to help reduce fraud losses while maintaining industry-leading approval rates.
Dan Fertig
Sr. Global Director, Agency Partnerships
Dan is responsible for the success of BigCommerce agency partners who are launching ecommerce stores and delivering marketing services to merchants utilizing the BigCommerce platform. Prior to joining BigCommerce, Dan led North American alliances for Oracle, specifically for Oracle Marketing Cloud, and has extensive experience around loyalty, cross channel orchestration, CRM, social/contextual commerce and optimization of digital customer experiences.
David Johnson
Director of Enterprise Operations
As the Director of Enterprise Operations, David has overseen and directly managed hundreds of paid search accounts, including most of Logical Position’s largest clients. Managing the rollout of a new, comprehensive Google Shopping strategy for enterprise clients, David has been responsible for the improved ad results these business have seen. As a result of David’s commitment to improved processes, Logical Position produced a 50 to 100% average increase in client revenue with no additional spend.
