The Deer Park office, just outside of Chicago, is home to Logical Position’s SEO, Website Development, Email Marketing and Sales teams. Since the office opened in August of 2015, it has grown rapidly. With that growth, the office maintains its family atmosphere by hosting monthly potlucks, participating in summer leagues for volleyball or softball, and having friendly competitions between the sales teams. Every Wednesday we have a catered lunch to fuel everyone up for the midweek rush. The Deer Park office believes in the work hard, play hard attitude. For scheduled breaks we have games throughout the office and walking trails to give employees options to recharge for their day.

Meet Peter Spangle

General Manager

What has your career trajectory at LP looked like?

I started as an IMS (internet marketing specialist), but had management experience from previous jobs. I was quickly put into the Asst. Sales Manager role – not knowing much about sales or digital marketing. I was in this role for ten months and throughout this time, I helped Chris with meetings and running the operations of the office. After about four to six months in this role, I really grasped the job and started doing my own audits and closed my own deals. I became more consistent and more of an expert in PPC. I then became a Sales Manager and stayed in this role for another eight months. With my past experience in management, I was moved into the General Manager role.

What do you most love about your job?

Watching people grow into Digital Marketing rockstars!

How do you explain what you do for a living to family and friends?

I run a sales floor for a digital marketing agency.

What makes your office special?

Have our SEO, Web Development and Email Marketing departments under the same roof. Comradery, it’s not cut-throat. Everyone is helping each other and wants to see each other succeed.
