General Manager

What has your career trajectory at LP looked like?

In November of 2015, I started as a digital marketing specialist. After a year, I began managing my own team as a sales manager. After two years in management, I then became the General Manager of the Lake Oswego sales office.

How do you explain what you do for a living to family and friends?

We make it easier for our client’s potential customers to find them online.

What do you most love about your job?

There are two main things that I love most about my job. First, it is great when I see a team member teach someone else something that I taught them. Second, I love to hear client success stories from clients that I’ve worked with.

How do you keep your team motivated?

I keep my team motivated by focusing on the big picture. This is achieved by sharing all of the goals and expectations that are set in place with my team. I believe that through this type of transparency, my team and I can align our goals and increase productivity on a day-to-day basis.
