Recognitions
As a leading digital marketing agency focused on performance-driven growth, LP was proud to announce its designation as a badged TikTok Marketing Technology Partner. The recognition highlights LP’s expertise in campaign execution, optimization and scalable advertising solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Community Initiatives
Intending to surpass last year’s volunteer total, LP began the year by giving back in communities across the country. Standout volunteer efforts this quarter included:
- Blanchet House in Portland: Assembled 200 care kits for community members in need.
- PAWS in Chicago: Socialized animals and helped clean the medical center.
- Oregon Food Bank in Portland: Sorted 6,657 pounds of oranges for children and families in need.
To close the quarter, LP also made a $500 donation to Zebra Youth as part of its ongoing quarterly Volunteer Time Off (VTO) initiative. Zebra Youth provides high-quality, culturally responsive programs that meet the unique needs of LGBTQ+ youth experiencing housing instability and those at risk.

- Sixth Annual Cube Awards — LP hosted its annual Cube Awards to celebrate outstanding employees and recognize the impact they make for clients and across the organization. Managers nominated employees in categories, and executive leadership selected winners in each.
- Employee Appreciation Week — LP celebrated employees with giveaways and recognition, highlighting the exceptional work happening across the company.
- Financial Wellness Training — In partnership with Voya Financial, LP hosted a companywide session focused on investing fundamentals.
