Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, we were the first satellite office to open our doors back in February 2014. We recently expanded to a 9,000 sq. ft. office creating room to grow our sales team. Fully equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, video games, and two break rooms. With all this extra room we like to host catered breakfasts, Taco Tuesdays, Bagel Wednesdays.

What has your career trajectory at LP looked like?

I started off working in a radio state and had a background in digital marketing. I had an opportunity to present LP’s services at the radio station which then took to working for LP. I started as the General Manager of the Henderson office in 2014 which was the first satellite office. I was sent out as a test trial and the office ended up being a big success.

What do you most love about your job?

I love seeing everyone’s growth not just professionally but also personally.

How do you explain what you do for a living to family and friends?

I tell them I work for a digital marketing company and I am the head of the Henderson office. I explain to them the services we offer and how that helps businesses grow. I explain my day to day duties around the office and with my team. I explain how the sales part of it works and how we are constantly striving to achieve our sales goals.

What is the one trait you look fro when hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist?

Dedication, the job isn’t easy but it is very rewarding and I like to see if people are able to see the potential and truly want to dedicate themselves.
