Logical Position (LP) marked an outstanding third quarter defined by innovation, growth and impact. The agency earned national recognition for its marketing excellence, achieved record-breaking volunteer milestones, and strengthened its culture through leadership development and employee wellness initiatives.

Awards and Recognitions

LP was nominated for four Microsoft Advertising Partner Awards, distinguishing it as one of the most recognized agencies in this year’s competition. The nominations highlight LP’s achievement in AI Innovation, Data Integration, Marketing with Purpose, and Omnichannel Excellence categories.

Community Initiatives

LP employees continued to show their commitment to community engagement through the company’s nationwide Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, surpassing 800 total volunteer hours so far this year.

This quarter, standout volunteer efforts included:

  • Store to Door in Portland: Completed more than 50 grocery orders to support local food and housing insecurity programs.
  • Northern Illinois Food Bank in Chicago: Creating more than 9,000 meals for local families.
  • Cradles to Crayons in Chicago: Prepared essential supplies that benefited 145 children in need.

Additionally, during the LP Unlocked leadership event, company leaders from across the country gathered in Portland to assemble 400+ wellness packages for Blanchet House, supporting Portlanders experiencing homelessness and poverty. To close the quarter, LP made a $500 donation to PAWS Chicago, a no-kill animal welfare organization, as part of its ongoing quarterly VTO initiative.

Company Culture

Employee development and wellness remained central to LP’s culture throughout the third quarter.

  • Promotion — David Johnson was promoted to Chief Product Officer, recognizing his decade of leadership in building teams, shaping client solutions, and strengthening partnerships with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising. His strategic vision will continue to guide LP’s product innovation and client growth.
  • Financial Wellness Training — LP continued its partnership with VOYA Financial, offering a company-wide session on Prioritizing Debt.
  • Celebrated Wellness Week — Featured guided meditation sessions, a Canopy (EAP) webinar, and the launch of new wellness resources for employees.

LP’s thought leaders and teams remained active in the marketing community, hosting and attending major events that drive industry learning and innovation.

  • Google & LP Advertiser Summit — Focused on e-commerce growth strategies with 16 client partners, including sessions on campaign optimization and creative testing.
  • Third Annual LP Connect — Brought together partners, platform experts and account teams for a high-energy day of keynotes, demos and strategy discussions aimed at helping attendees level up their e-commerce performance.
  • Microsoft HQ Visit — Following an internal contest, LP team members traveled to Microsoft’s campus for team-building, a fun baseball game and networking experiences.
  • Hosted LP Unlocked — The latest session in LP’s ongoing professional development series, combining leadership training with community service.
  • Leadership Development Workshop — VP and Director-level leaders collaborated with The Harrison Group to enhance organizational strategy and communication.
  • Industry Representation:
    • David Johnson represented LP at the Meta Agency Summit and the Google Brandformance Summit in New York.
    • Karly Scott, manager of client services, and Dana Godwin, manager of enterprise search strategy, attended Google’s Brandformance Summit in Los Angeles, showcasing LP’s commitment to performance-driven marketing innovation.
    • Jeremy Vale and Rachel Cahill, executive email strategists, attended the Klaviyo Annual Convention in September, where they explored advancements in email and SMS automation.
