Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. Clients know their business and goals better than anyone, and we rely on them to communicate their ideas, must-haves, and needs prior to design production commencing. However, our team is highly collaborative and happy to work with clients on defining variables for content creation.
The client must supply all brand and video assets (logo, imagery, footage, copy) that they require in the video. Audio, images, and footage can be sourced through Logical Position from a variety of vendors, including royalty-free and premium paid selections, depending on the video package or content being created.
An .eps file type is most preferred to give the best clarity for scaling in the video. A .png file type is also allowed. Dimensions of at least 500 pixels wide or tall on its longest edge, and independent of its background (transparent surrounding the edge of the artwork) are preferred.
Yes. We can work with what you have or don’t have, can use a typographic solution (text only), or you can talk to our Graphics Team about Logo Design.
Yes. However, please be aware that a business must have a valid license to legally use audio for all paid placements, as platforms will flag your account and disapprove the ad.
Yes. For best results, we recommend the video footage to be a minimum resolution of 1080p.
Voiceover is included in all YouTube packages. Voiceover is not automatically included in Amazon or Custom packages but can be added for an additional fee. If voiceover is needed, our Video Team works with the client to develop the script, and once approved by the client, our team manages the production of the Voiceover recording directly with a third-party artist.
Yes, Logical Position will supply the client with the final .mp4 video file.
Yes, clients will own the right to republish the video as-is (unedited from the original concept) on their own behalf where they choose to.
However, our team uses Premium licensed audio for videos, and therefore additional audio edits would need to be paid for and licensed from the vendor. Premium licensed audio is assigned a number of production edits that correspond with the number of video deliverables detailed in the original project proposal. If additional videos are created beyond the scope of the proposal, with or without Logical Position, whole or in part of the same premium licensed audio, additional edits will need to be assigned to the license. These details can be confirmed on a case-by-case basis with the Video Team at Logical Position.
Social media placements may require specific aspect ratios for an optimal viewing experience. We cannot guarantee the aspect ratio of the video(s) detailed in the proposal will correspond and fit with all social media placements unless those future placements are defined in the initial project proposal. Alternative aspect ratios can be purchased at an additional cost, which is dependent on the video’s duration, complexity, and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Our Video Team can consult and advise on best practices related to each client’s unique situation.
No. Modifications to videos are not included after final deliverables have been approved by the client. Requests for changes to existing videos can be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hour.
No. At this time Amazon only allows for Vendors to use video in Premium A+ Content modules, but not in Basic.
Our Video Team can create a wide range of video solutions for your brand and can be tailored specifically to achieve your goals. However, there are some video designs that we do not offer at this time: whiteboard videos; explainer videos; fully animated vector videos.
